This is primarily a NUTRITION challenge, so the workouts are a bonus. There are thousands of people who have done this challenge without working out and have still all seen incredible results by just sticking to the nutrition aspect of it.

Awesome. many people do both and see great results (not at the same time though). Some people start with the Carb Cycling and then graduate to Keto Cycling. Other people like to use Keto Cycling for cutting fat, and Carb Cycling for maintaining and building muscle.
